Yolanda lives in Bedfordshire and has spent the last 25 years working in private family business, in an Executive role across a variety of sectors including agriculture, automotive, renewable energy and property. In more recent times, she has spent more time working on succession planning, and serving on a number of charity boards and philanthropic initiatives.  She joined the Speak Life Board in 2019.
