2 Corinthians 5:14-16
John Wesley was a missionary before he was converted. While travelling to Georgia to share the gospel with others he confessed many times that he was unsure of Christ’s love for him. Sometimes
evangelism can spring from false motives: fear, pride, guilt, jealousy, etc. Paul tells us where it should spring from – the love of Christ. When Wesley understood this, his whole ministry erupted. If we can grasp the love of Christ, it will compel us outwards with explosive force.
PRAY to know how the width, length, height and depth of Christ’s love.
