Launched for the iPhone in June of 2010, the free Bible.is app now features 1556 languages and is available on the web and for both iOS and Android devices. Created by ministry Faith Comes by Hearing (FCBH), the Bible.is app is capable of providing access to God’s Word to over two-thirds of the world’s population, including those who cannot read and use audio versions of the Bible. “Never before in history has there been this kind of instant and immediate access to God’s Word across so many languages,” said Troy Carl of FCBH.
